Standard Shipping

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Shipping Time: Once processed, packages are delivered within 2–4 business days via USPS or UPS.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Order Processing Details

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

• P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

• No signature is required for delivery.

Tracking Your Order

• You can track your shipment by logging into your account on our website.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

Special Handling & Packaging

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

• Damaged Shipments:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents.

  • Retain all original packaging materials.

  • Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Address Changes

• Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been shipped.

• Please double check your shipping information before completing checkout.

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
   

International Shipping

• We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.
